POSITION SUMMARY The E-commerce Performance Coordinator supports day‑to‑day online business operations across on-site campaigns, traffic management, CRM, and site enhancement initiatives. As an entry-level role, this position is designed for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the fundamentals of digital commerce while contributing to efficient execution of e-commerce activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES On‑site Campaign Support Assist with preparing weekly/monthly online promotions Perform basic QA checks on products and campaign pages. Gather and organize campaign performance data. Traffic & Performance Monitoring Collect and update daily/weekly web & app traffic data. Prepare simple reports on traffic, conversion, and key KPIs. CRM & Membership Support Assist in preparing CRM activations. Help with customer data segmentation and membership benefit updates. Track CRM campaign results and maintain records. IT & Operational Support Log site issues and follow up with IT/CS teams for resolution. Conduct QA checks for new features, pages, and content updates. Support tagging, database inputs, and basic operational tasks. Cross‑functional Coordination Work with Marketing, Merchandising on campaign and site updates. Provide product and campaign information to CS when needed. Assist in preparing internal documents, trackers, and process updates.
