We are dedicated to providing exceptional service, a wide variety of high-quality health products, and innovative solutions to support our customers’ well-being.
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Platform Optimization Specialist to join our team on a three-month project basis, with the possibility of extending the role into a permanent position. This role focuses on refining the functionality and user experience of our Shopify store, ensuring it remains a reliable, user-friendly platform for health-conscious customers.

USER EXPERIENCE (UX) OPTIMIZATION

  • Customize and enhance Shopify templates to create a more intuitive and engaging user interface.
  • Integrate advanced features like chatbots to provide real-time customer support and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement interactive tools, such as special order forms, to improve customer engagement and accessibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Shopify Expertise: 1-3 years of experience in managing and customizing Shopify stores, with a proven ability to deliver impactful results.
  • Categorization Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in creating logical, customer-friendly product classification systems.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to design visually appealing, user-centric interfaces.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proven track record in using behavioral and sales data to inform strategic enhancements.
  • Health Product Knowledge: Familiarity with health and wellness products is an asset.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
