Description

HAYPP GROUP

We address one of the world’s biggest problems – how to end smoking. There are 1,1 billion smokers in the world. Around 8 million people die every year from smoking-related diseases. Our goal is to significantly reduce death rates, save lives and inspire people to choose healthier enjoyment. How? By offering people safer nicotine online.
Haypp Group is one of the Nordics’ leading e-commerce groups with ten store brands, present in seven countries where we serve more than 1 million active consumers. Through brands such as Snusbolaget.se, Northerner.com, Nicokick.com etc., we sell nicotine pouches, Swedish style snus online as well as disposable vapes. With our headquarters located on Östgötagatan in Stockholm we are 250 team members mainly but not exclusively based in Sweden. Also, we are an innovative and fast-moving company that is growing rapidly, driving sustainable business and are changing the world in the process. We are currently on an exciting expansion journey, converting more and more smokers to healthier alternatives across all our markets globally.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re hiring an E-commerce Product Manager to lead our Engage & Explore team — the cross-functional squad responsible for everything from the moment a customer lands on our site to the moment they hit “Add to Cart.” This includes the start page, search, category listing, product page, navigation, and all content and functionality that supports product discovery, comparison, and decision-making.
You’ll have a clear mandate to define the strategy and own the roadmap for this critical part of the e-commerce journey. Your team includes product specialists, a tech focused product owner, developers, UX designers, and a senior web analyst and you’ll be the go-to contact for stakeholders across marketing, SEO, design, category teams, and leadership.
This is a role for someone who can balance strategy and execution, challenge assumptions, lead UX/UI direction, and build for scale, all while keeping a laser focus on what moves the needle for customers and the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and own the strategy and roadmap for the full pre-checkout buying experience, with autonomy to prioritize what matters most.
  • Lead the UX/UI direction of our sites in close partnership with dedicated UX designers, leveraging our state-of-the-art design system to deliver a premium, consistent experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, aligning cross-functional needs into a focused and data-driven product vision.
  • Set and track your team’s core KPIs - such as conversion, engagement, and content performance and continuously act on them.
  • Drive a healthy mix of new development, UX improvements, and technical debt reduction, making smart tradeoffs based on long-term value.
  • Build solutions that are scalable across all our sites, brands, and markets, ensuring both flexibility and performance.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and the experience of the end user in every decision.
  • Leverage data to understand user behavior, identify friction, and validate impact.
  • Bring a strong e-commerce perspective to the table and challenge ideas to raise the bar for both product and business outcomes.
