Description
Scope and deliver new front-end and back-end product features in partnership with business, marketing, engineering and UX . Lead the A/B testing program to optimize site merchandising and customer experience. Develop and execute an expansive merchandising strategy, covering campaigns and evergreen products. Act as deputy launch lead,, managing cross-functional readiness and issue resolution during high-impact sales. Partner with Operations to ensure seamless production, warehousing, and customer fulfillment. Analyze performance data, update forecasts, and recommend strategies for future sales and features. 5-7 years in digital product management, ecommerce, or merchandising. Strong track record of shipping new product features and optimizing ecommerce experiences. Experience with A/B testing, merchandising, and data-driven decision making. Exceptional project management skills; comfortable running launch rooms and cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with fulfillment and warehouse operations. Excellent communicator, capable of aligning technical and non-technical teams.
