FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for member marketing of the Credit Union and to maintain knowledge of all services offered to support the Credit Union’s Vision and Core Values.
  • Responsible for providing backup for all daily ACH and Wire electronic functions.
  • Responsible for management of EFT distribution records in Symitar with high accuracy, ensuring timely reconciliation and management of anomalies.
  • Responsible for Contact Event Management.
  • Responsible for providing support for member service directed telephone inquiries.
  • Assist with maintaining member share draft accounts, including recommendations for closure, resolving encoding errors, and reporting to ChexSystems as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining familiarity, compliance and proficiency with all policies and procedures, as well as regulations and association/vendor rules pertinent to job responsibilities.
  • Actively contribute to the success of the Credit Union by working positively within the department and with coworkers.
  • Crosstrain and perform the duties of other ECommerce staff as needed.
  • Assist the ECommerce Supervisor with supervision of the ECommerce department. Will oversee the ECommerce staff for accuracy and timeliness of duties, which currently include:
  • ECommerce Specialist
  • Item Processing Specialist
  • ECommerce Representative X2
  • Settlement Services Specialist
  • Actively set and meet goals for the department with accountability, professional growth, and operational excellence through mentorship.
  • Ability to actively develop and execute a forwardlooking roadmap aligned with the Credit Union’s vision, ensuring innovation across ACH, Wire, and EFT.
  • Lead and enforce best practices in procedures, documentation, audits, and compliance training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
