ABC Warehouse is growing our sales team at our Internet E-Commerce channel, US Appliance, in Auburn Hills, MI. We are presently seeking a results-driven Online Appliance Sales Associate to manage and convert inbound leads, guide customers through the online purchase process, and ensure satisfaction from inquiry to delivery. This role is based in our office, it is not a remote position.
Founded by Gordon “Gordy” Hartunian with a single store in Centerline, Michigan, ABC Warehouse has been family-owned and operated since 1963 and has grown to become one of the Midwest’s largest and most successful retailers offering appliances, TVs, electronics, mattresses, and furniture. With 600+ employees and 42 storefront locations throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, we continue to expand our footprint and remain fiercely dedicated to providing our customers with low prices, top name-brands, and excellent service.

ONLINE SALES ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous sales experience (retail or e-commerce preferred)
• Personable, positive and friendly attitude.
• Knowledge of home appliances is a strong plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with computers and online sales tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full time in the office
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and relay information properly
• Ability to take and follow directions, protocol, and company procedures.
• Ability to work as a team player within the work environment.
• Willingness and desire to continue to grow skill set and abilities.

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Guide customers through product selection, providing detailed and knowledgeable recommendations.
• Upsell accessories, warranties, and appliance packages
• Help retain a positive healthy working environment.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide range of appliances (kitchen, laundry, etc.)
• Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and marketing teams
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
