Position Summary Samsung Electronics Baltics is one of the 16 Samsung Electronics Sales subsidiaries in Europe. It currently has 150 employees located across all 3 Baltic countries, with the central sales office situated in Riga, Latvia. We are small, but also very ambitious and multinational subsidiary. Samsung being one of the market leaders and innovators in IT & Mobile industry, is transforming the world of smartphones, tablets, smart accessories and most recently - PCs. We are looking for a capable and knowledgeable team member to join our Direct to Consumer Team as E-commerce Sales Manager. We offer 2500-3000 EUR gross salary and variable quarterly bonus to the maximum of 70% of the quarterly basic monthly gross salary (up to 5250 –6300 Eur gross per quarter) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Role and Responsibilities What will you do? Manage product sales and be responsible for Product information monitoring and update on .com Store Responsible for inventory management for D2C channel Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products Work closely with Supply Chain Management team by executing product supply planning for respective product groups Planning, delivery and reporting of all key promotional activity, including Warehouse order and unit forecasts to ensure the correct allocation of resource during promotional periods. Analyzing trading patterns and understand the sales curve, reporting findings and identifying opportunities to further maximize online sales and profitability. Conduct market analysis by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for products Liaise very closely with other Samsung Sales & Marketing teams to develop channel sales and marketing activities Provide all the necessary business reporting and insights to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business development will be constantly monitored Skills and Qualifications What we expect from you?
