Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Sales Person to join the team in our brand new distribution centre in Radcliffe!
If you enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment where you can really make a difference whilst supplying our customers with the highest standard of service and information, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
  • Delivering excellent customer service and communication through various channels, including email, phone, and online chat, addressing customer enquiries about products, orders, and services.
  • Managing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from placement to delivery.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the online store, including updating product availability and ensuring accurate product information.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers, prospects, and B2B account holders to maximise the growth of the e-commerce platform.
  • Liaising with delivery providers, including Royal Mail and private couriers.
  • Resolving customer complaints, and managing the return and refunds process in a timely and professional manner.
