Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and selling price to take corrective actions to improve conversion
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platform teams and key account managers
• Ensure smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
• Maintain strong collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions
• Coordinate with marketing team for content updates and enhancements
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and promotional activities
• Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and campaign participation
• Optimize product visibility during key sale events (e.g., Mega Sale, Flash Deals)
• Track ROI of promotional activities
• Monitor stock levels across e-commerce channels
• Coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations
• Ensure proper forecasting based on sales trends
• Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

• UAE experience with minimum 2-3 years with all e-COM channel
