Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut is seeking driven individuals to join us in our mission to help others and serve our local communities.  Goodwill of Western and Northern CT is looking for a motivated, ambitious, analytical, and strong team player to help manage our successful and growing E-Commerce department. The Shift Supervisor supervises the E-Collectibles staff to ensure that all production and sales goals are met. Assists E-Commerce Manager in answering customer inquiries.  2. Supervises floor staff with E-Commerce Supervisor and monitors production.  3. Utilizes above average of collectibles to create listings designed to generate maximum revenue.  4. Opens and/or closes E-Commerce area.  5. Communicates with the stores to ensure product quality and quantity.  6. Maintains a clean and orderly work environment. 7. Troubleshoots problem orders and customer complaints and resolves in a timely fashion for the Shopgoodwill website. 8. Monitors shelves and facilities pulling off old times and relisting strategies.  9. Pulls and prepares items for shipment.  10. Follows all agency policies and procedures. 11. Promotes and demonstrates cooperation and teamwork. Assists and shares knowledge and information with other employees as needed. 12. Uses good interpersonal skills  Performs other job-related duties as required.   *Position Requirements: * Knowledge of jewelry or different types of collectibles. * Experience in E-Commerce is strongly preferred. * High school diploma or GED. * Basic computer skills and knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience using a digital camera. * Basic knowledge of English and creative writing skills. * Being prepared for considerable standing, reaching, lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling.
