This is a remote position. Job Description for E-commerce Shopify Assistant Scope: Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm Eastern Exclusively back-end administrative work with minimal customer interaction Work with pre-established templates and systems provided by the client Focus on data accuracy and inventory management rather than creative or strategic tasks Responsibilities: Upload inventory and add new products to Shopify website, including adding items to new arrivals sections Input and update tracking numbers, supplier information, and product data in existing templates and charts File invoices from multiple suppliers and organize them systematically Update master lists with product costs, shipping fees, and other relevant data Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate inventory records and supplier information Follow provided templates and training materials to ensure consistency in data management Requirements: Proven experience with Shopify platform and e-commerce operations Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in data entry and Excel spreadsheet management Bookkeeping experience preferred, not required Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently Detail-oriented mindset with focus on accuracy over creativity Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_28150_JOB
