Roles & Responsibilities

This is a fully remote position — you'll work online, coordinating with our Dubai-based team via WhatsApp and Shopify.

Askaryline is one of Dubai's fastest-growing custom abaya brands, where timeless modest elegance meets modern design. Every abaya is made-to-measure and crafted in Dubai. We're a young, energetic, family-run brand with a loyal and rapidly growing customer base — and we're looking for someone to run our online storefront and social presence day to day.

Social media: (replace the section)

• Create and publish posts for Instagram and TikTok
• Turn customer reviews into engaging Instagram stories
• Create short-form video content (Reels and TikToks) to showcase our abayas
• Keep our online presence active, on-brand, and consistent

Order & payment management (Shopify):

• Send Ziina, Tabby, and Tamara payment links to customers as soon as they place an order
• Track payments and add notes on each order — paid in full or remaining balance
• Cancel orders placed by mistake and keep the order list clean and accurate
• Send Cash-on-Delivery confirmation forms to customers online and follow up until signed copies are received
• Coordinate with the team daily on order and payment status

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience managing an e-commerce brand's online presence across platforms (Instagram and TikTok)
• Comfortable working in Shopify admin (orders, notes, cancellations)
• Familiarity with UAE payment tools (Ziina, Tabby, Tamara) is a strong plus
• Organized and detail-oriented — payment tracking must be accurate
• Warm, professional written communication — you'll be messaging customers directly
• English & Arabic is a required
• UAE-based preferred (must be available during UAE business hours)
• Familiarity with abayas or modest fashion is a bonus
