Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
2. Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, and pricing.
3. Monitor and process daily orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer complaints.
4. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products remain available across all sales channels.
5. Monitor product prices, competitors, promotions, and market trends.
6. Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
7. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
8. Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback and take appropriate action.
9. Prepare sales reports and analyze marketplace performance.
10. Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve product visibility.
11. Ensure marketplace policies and requirements are followed.
12. Coordinate with payment gateways, delivery companies, and marketplace support teams when required.
13. Troubleshoot account, listing, order, payment, and technical issues.
