REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the role. The experience in healthcare organizations is considered a plus.
  • Experience with managing Amazon accounts, and other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Amazon reporting dashboards, and SEO tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Analytical skills, negotiation skills and customer orientation.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the company’s Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account, collaborating with agencies to optimize product listings with effective content, visuals, SEO, and keywords to enhance discoverability and conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve product rankings, increase reviews and drive sales, monitor KPIs across Amazon and all ecommerce channels, analyse trends and produce regular performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize strategies to increase online product visibility, traffic, and sales across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee and maintain e-commerce platforms (including the company’s B2B/B2C sites and Amazon), ensuring accuracy of product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
  • Manage promotional campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Ads, Deals, etc.) and other e-commerce platforms to drive traffic and sales.
  • Enhance user experience (UX) on all e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, stock availability, and timely order fulfillment for Amazon and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure all e-commerce activities, including Amazon sales, comply with pharmaceutical and healthcare industry regulations.
