JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a local detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms to enhance customer experience and drive conversion rates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and e-commerce best practices, with the ability to leverage various tools and technologies to achieve business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and best practices.
  • Experience with eBay, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies, and platforms.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, HTML, CSS, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media marketing campaigns that promote products and drive sales.
  • Utilize HTML and CSS skills to make necessary updates or enhancements to the website as needed.
  • Work with Adobe Creative Suite to design engaging promotional materials for online marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
