SUMMARY:

This is a full-time E-Commerce Strategist role based in London, ON, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work for the right candidate. At Mayne, we’re expanding our online marketplace presence across Amazon, Wayfair, HomeDepot.com, and Shopify. We’re looking for a data-informed, results-driven team player to optimize our product performance, improve our digital shelf presence, and unlock new growth across platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of content, analytics, and merchandising. You’ll work closely with our marketing creator, content team, and sales operations to identify performance opportunities and take action — not just report on them.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

  • 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplace optimization, or digital merchandising
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major e-commerce platform (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Portal, or Home Depot SDC)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with Helium 10, keyword strategy, and marketplace SEO
  • Understanding of how content, price, and promotion impact performance on retail.com platforms
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize product listings across Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Shopify
  • Improve digital shelf performance: content (titles, bullets, keywords), imagery coordination, backend setup, and pricing
  • Use tools like Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and platform dashboards to spot trends, gaps, and ranking opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and sales operations teams to execute changes and tests
  • Identify and recommend bundling, discount, or upsell strategies based on sales and margin data
  • Investigate and troubleshoot underperforming SKUs, seasonal trends, or competitive shifts
  • Contribute to marketplace merchandising calendars and new product launches
  • Present insights and take ownership of platform-specific performance metrics
