QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• A strong understanding of the “if…then” logic that is involved in variable data printing is required. This will enable the individual to grasp the concepts behind variable printing templates created in PageFlex Studio and WooCommerce.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery, and Pageflex Studio.
• Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript and/or VBScript is beneficial.
• Understanding the printing process is beneficial, but not required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Metzgers is looking for a skilled and customer-focused eStore Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining custom storefronts, supporting clients, and collaborating with internal teams to grow our eStore solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update existing eStore solutions based on client and internal requests.
• Develop new templates using Woo Commerce, Pageflex Studio and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Troubleshoot storefront issues (e.g., variable data errors, preview generation).
• Manage user accounts (setup, removal, password resets).
• Build new storefronts for incoming clients, including template creation and site development.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer support related to storefront usage.
• Create demo storefronts to showcase capabilities and support sales efforts.
• Develop documentation and processes to improve eStore development workflows.
