E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

Location: On-site - Jacksonville, Florida
Pay Range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year based off experience

Position Overview We are currently seeking a platform specialist to support our e-commerce initiatives. The specialist is responsible for maintaining favorable Account Health on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, staying up to date with TOS changes, and ensuring our selling privileges are not ever in jeopardy.
In addition, the specialist will seek new ways to use the Amazon platform as new features/tools are rolled out. You will use those tools and other existing platform tools to ensure our brand has the highest chance of success. An intimate understanding of how Amazon and other e-commerce platforms work, how they communicate, and how our brand should interact with them is key to success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Problem solver and resourceful
  • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms a plus.
  • Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and able to create reports based on data gathered
  • Ability to plan and execute strategies independently that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Slack, Excel, Google, Office.

Responsibilities
  • Create cases on Amazon for reimbursements, general platform issues, and resolving account health concerns.
  • Monitor and resolve communication from Amazon via seller support emails/calls, seller performance notifications, Brand Health platform and any other area where Amazon may leave feedback on our account.
  • Utilize third party resources and tools to increase reimbursements and monitor the health of all products on the platform
  • Monitor product listings on the platform to ensure they comply with the platform’s TOS
  • Seek more efficient methods for delivering top-tier account and listing health
  • Provide feedback to sales and operations teams for areas of improvement
  • Coordinate with the operations team to provide updates and approve any changes that may affect account health/performance
  • Liaise with third-party solutions regarding account health issues
  • Update the Daily Sales Tracker with any notes that affect the products live on the Amazon platform and other e-commerce platforms
