This is a great opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing company. Duties and Responsibilities: E-Commerce Customer Service Respond to general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide cost-effective solutions to customer concerns and issues E-Commerce Store Setup & Maintenance Build and launch e-stores/portals based on specifications Configure store themes, layouts, and overall design using Elementor Set up store settings, product listings, and pricing Assist in transitioning and rebuilding stores onto the Prodigy platform Perform ongoing maintenance and updates to existing stores Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports to support reorder decisions Create Syncore jobs for production of new and replenishment orders Manage and maintain inventory lots within Orderforge/OMG platforms Support integration and usage of Zoho Inventory for inventory tracking Order & Program Administration Manage product orders and ensure accurate processing within e-commerce platforms Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment Reporting & Data Management Generate and analyze reports on product performance (e.g., turn rates, sales activity) Provide insights and recommendations on product assortment Perform month-end data entry into Syncore to record sales and activity Platform Utilization Work with e-commerce platform (Prodigy) Utilize ShipStation for order processing and shipping coordination (as needed) Design & Content Support Create and edit product visuals and store assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines Must-have Skills / Qualification: At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within marketing agencies, retail, or promotional products industries Proven experience in building and managing e-commerce stores, not limited to customer service or backend support Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms(Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce,Elementor experience highly preferred) Experience in store setup, product uploads, and order management workflows Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel/Google Sheets Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across store builds, inventory, and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing email interactions Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness, especially when learning new platforms Willingness to adapt to new systems (e.g., Prodigy, Zoho) and show continuous progress during the learning curve Strong work ethic, accountability, and follow-through in completing tasks and meeting deadlines Stable career background (avoid job hoppers) A proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong sense of ownership over responsibilities Nice-to-haves Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor for store design and development (required due to Prodigy platform usage) Experience or familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping/fulfillment platforms is an advantage Background in inventory management systems is a plus Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva Experience working with international or US-based clients is preferred but not required Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine time) Location: Permanent Wok-From-Home Industry: Brand Agency
