Description

Job Summary: Our innovative outdoor product manufacturing client is now seeking a strategic, hands‑on E‑Commerce Strategist to scale our presence on platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, HomeDepot.com, and Shopify! This position drives performance by owning content, analytics, and merchandising—not just insights but action.
Job Location: Based in London, ON (Hybrid/Remote options can be negotiated for the right candidate)
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM)
Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year to start + generous lifestyle spending account + profit sharing

REQUILED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of e-commerce, marketplace optimization, or digital merchandising experience
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major retail platform (e.g., Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Portal, Home Depot SDC)
  • Advanced Excel/data skills and marketplace SEO knowledge (Helium 10 or similar)
  • Strong understanding of content, pricing, and promotion on retail platforms

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Shopify backend experience
  • Familiarity with inventory/SKU strategy and fulfillment workflows
  • Running A/B tests for content or pricing
  • Experience with tools like Jungle Scout or comparable insight platforms
Responsibilities
  • Optimize product listings across Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Shopify
  • Enhance digital shelf presence: titles, bullets, keywords, imagery, backend setup, pricing
  • Use tools like Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to implement changes and run A/B tests
  • Recommend bundling, discount, upselling strategies grounded in sales and margin data
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues around SKUs, seasonal trends, or competition
  • Drive marketplace merchandising calendars and launch plans
  • Take ownership of platform-specific KPIs and regularly present insights
