They are eager to find an E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join their team and support their mission of inspiring healthier lifestyles and driving excellence in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managed product listings and optimized them for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Perform data entry and generate reports using tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the team to support e-commerce operations and meet deadlines.
  • Take the initiative to solve problems and improve e-commerce processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) companies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop; Discord knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc.) for data entry and report generation.
  • High accuracy in data entry, product listings, and inventory management.
  • Proactive and self-motivated; capable of working independently and taking initiative on tasks and projects.
  • Needs to work aligned to US Eastern Time Business Hours, from Monday to Friday.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
