Description
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Web Developer (React JS) who can own tracking-ready frontend implementation across high-traffic e-commerce experiences. This role focuses on building and maintaining React-based commerce interfaces while ensuring accurate event instrumentation across analytics, ad platforms, and CRMs. This is not a pure UI role. You will sit at the intersection of frontend development, tracking instrumentation, and data quality, working directly in codebases to ensure events, conversions, and attribution are implemented correctly and remain stable over time. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays based on your location 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Collaborate with growth, analytics, and engineering teams Work on measurable, revenue-driving e-commerce systems What You’ll Work On React-Based E-Commerce Development Build and maintain React and TypeScript-based e-commerce frontends Implement product pages, carts, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences Ensure performance, responsiveness, and clean component architecture Instrumentation and Event Tracking Implement and maintain tracking events directly in React codebases Configure data layers, custom events, and conversion triggers Ensure compatibility with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and other analytics tools Validate event firing, parameters, and attribution accuracy Technical Integration and Debugging Integrate frontend components with CRMs, analytics platforms, and marketing tools Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, attribution loss, or broken event flows Work in environments where GTM alone is insufficient and direct code changes are required Collaboration and Documentation Partner with account managers, marketers, and analytics teams to gather tracking requirements Document implementations and provide QA summaries for each setup Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders about tracking behavior and limitations What You Bring 3 to 5+ years of frontend or web development experience Strong proficiency in React JS and TypeScript Solid experience working with JavaScript-based event tracking Familiarity with analytics and ad tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversions Comfortable debugging tracking issues across browsers, devices, and platforms Clear communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Nice to Have Experience with server-side tracking or advanced instrumentation setups Prior work on Shopify headless, custom e-commerce platforms, or Webflow Agency or client-facing experience supporting multiple implementations Familiarity with broader MarTech stacks and CRM integrations How to Apply Please submit: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and walking through a React project where you implemented tracking or analytics A brief list of platforms or tools you have instrumented or integrated Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered.
