Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Web Administrator to manage and maintain our e-commerce website. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online store, keeping product listings up to date, optimising site performance, and assisting with content management, photography, and basic digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Website Maintenance: Ensure the website runs smoothly, troubleshoot technical issues, and liaise with developers when necessary.
  • Product Management: Upload, update, and optimise product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Photography & Editing: Capture high-quality product images and edit them for online use. This will require lifting fabric rolls up to 12kg
  • SEO & Site Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, optimise product pages, and monitor website performance.
  • Content Management: Update homepage banners, promotions, and blog content as needed.
  • Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, using tools like CapCut for video content.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure the site is user-friendly and make recommendations for enhancements.
