Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated “all-rounder” to support with website development, operations, marketing and customer service for two online interior decor businesses.

This role may be beneficial for someone with a background in:

  • Web development and e-commerce site management
  • Digital marketing (SEO, Google / Meta, Lifecycle, Email etc)
  • Interior design / architecture
  • Customer service & operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Web development and template customisation on Shopify.
  • Updating website content, photos and information.
  • Spreadsheet work and data management.
  • Process and track customer orders through Shopify and logistics platforms.
  • Handle order-related issues including tracking, returns, and refunds.
  • Organising and posting samples to customers.
  • Customer service & sales support - responding to enquiries, booking logistics and answering technical questions.
