Job Scope - Technician :

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and wiring in accordance with safety and compliance standards.
• Troubleshooting electrical systems and components to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Identify and report potential electrical hazards, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation work performed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Job Scope - Engineer :

• Troubleshoot Plant Monitoring & Control Systems and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Possess strong knowledge in M&E systems and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, interior design (ID), architectural drawings, and client specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical control systems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a well-organized and accurate filing system for all maintenance records and documentation.
• Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance activities in alignment with established maintenance plans.
• Manage all breakdown maintenance, ensuring faults are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Supervise onsite installation works, including testing and commissioning of equipment and systems.
• Plan and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to execute master schedules, conduct routine site inspections, and liaise with clients through meetings and site discussions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant University Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / M&E / Building Services Engineering.With 2-3 years of relevant experience
