At Sibanye-Stillwater this position will function as a maintenance electrician for East Boulder’s underground mine support. The primary responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Electricians at the East Boulder site will assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical, and electronic and instrumentation systems. Our systems include high, medium, and low voltage circuits, AC and DC motors and associated variable speed drives, all types of electronic instrumentation, PLC’s, and the distributive control systems and documentation related to them. As a secondary function, Sibanye-Stillwater’s underground electricians may be required to assist the surface electrical crews.
