Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our energy team. This role will be based at our client head office in the Perth CBD, focusing on resourcing, planning and coordinating activities for our Offshore project.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements
  • Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required
  • Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, considering materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
  • Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP
