Job title: E&I FP&A Accountant

Salary: £47,683+ (Depending on skills and experience)

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

  • Part-qualified Accountant – Must be studying towards a professional accounting membership (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or ICAEW) and a proven track record in the FP&A domain
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting policies coupled with excellent planning and process management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish efficient and effective working relationships and to influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Broad experience of Tableau/Power BI software as well as Finance systems such as Planning Analytics/Infor LN/SAP
  • Experience of supporting and developing improvement initiatives
  • Must be a proactive individual who is keen to learn and drive change
Responsibilities
  • Support the identification of end-to-end process and data improvements, and support the implementation of IT improvements.
  • Actively contribute to the delivery of FP&A modernisation initiatives to drive standardisation, drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the delivery of high-quality FP&A services to the E&I businesses, providing quality, forward looking information and analysis.
  • Support the financial reporting and consolidation of the monthly accounts (MMR/Hyperion) with focus on timely and accurate information where required
  • Support the core financial reporting processes from end to end: capturing requirements, creating and communicating plans, reviewing inputs, providing synthesis and issuing reporting.
  • Support the Half Year and Full Year Statutory Reporting process and provide support to external audit during these periods
