Responsible for managing E&I maintenance activities in ALV for Primary production facilities and on sites. Maintain the reliability and availability of equipment and avoid unscheduled breakdown maintenance How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Safety and IMS (Industrial Management System) Uphold a zero-accident environment by strictly adhering to the Job Order and Work Permit systems, conducting risk assessments, and complying with all AL IMS regulations and the Workplace Safety & Health Act. Oversee the deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring the maintenance program aligns with strategic goals and that operating manuals and facility SOPs are established according to subsidiary standards. Drive safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations while preserving the environment, and actively promote a strong safety culture through participation in safety meetings. Maintain high standards of technical quality by conducting E&I safety audits and regularly reviewing and updating E&I maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure operational readiness by verifying that skills and resources are adequate for maintenance operations and by completing all required in-house Air Liquide training. Maintenance Activity Follow up Take full ownership of all E&I equipment by planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, standardizing checklists in line with ISO/IMS standards, and analyzing results against plant unavailability targets to implement corrective actions before failure. Lead equipment upgrading projects (including GT/GE requirements), new installations, and overall shutdown planning, while managing service contracts and coordinating technical specifications with vendors, suppliers, and SIO/Cluster experts. Manage the financial lifecycle of maintenance by defining yearly budget proposals, controlling expenses to ensure activities remain within allocated funds, and undertaking additional work activities as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Ensure operational continuity by defining and maintaining critical spare parts within financial constraints, while ensuring the availability and upkeep of all support tools, safety equipment, and technical documentation. Maintain strict data integrity by recording all activities in CMMS (MAXIMO, CIS), preparing monthly maintenance reports, and conducting internal audits to ensure procedures and drawings are updated and compliant. Reliability Management Collaborate with facility teams and experts to investigate reliability incidents and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), while driving the implementation of mitigation plans and capitalizing on lessons learned to prevent recurrence. Training and Qualification Ensure timely completion of all individual and company training plans and qualifications in full compliance with legal requirements. Are you a MATCH? Minimum of 2 years of maintenance / automation engineering relevant experience in the petrochemical, oil and gas or related industry.
