Summary:
In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Etablierung und Aufrechterhaltung einer gelebten, proaktiven Sicherheitskultur, in der das Prinzip „nobody gets hurt“ konsequent umgesetzt wird. Du stellst sicher, dass alle zutreffenden gesetzlichen, normativen sowie internen Richtlinien und Vorgaben von Momentive eingehalten werden. Außerdem übernimmst du die elektrotechnische Betriebsbetreuung sowie die Optimierung der Produktionseinheiten und Infrastruktureinrichtungen des Werkes, mit dem Ziel, eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung zustandsorientierter und prädiktiver Instandhaltungsstrategien innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs.
