Position Title: E&I Maintenance Planner Pay Rate: $82,500-$110,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Category/Shift: Salaried Full-Time Physical Location: 375 Muscogee Road Cantonment, FL 32533 The Job You Will Perform: * The E/I Maintenance Planner will improve the work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through job planning. * This involves analyzing jobs before scheduling to determine the proper safety requirements, manpower, time, methods, detail job plans, materials, and other resources that are needed to complete the tasks, as well as creating and sending scope packages through Purchasing for bids to contractors. * Core responsibilities are identified in the IP MWS Manual and Planner Manual as work planning, maintaining planned work order backlog lists, weekly work list, work coordination, developing and maintaining job libraries for repetitive jobs. * The work includes responsibility for planned equipment care, repairs, and rebuilds of the systems. The work also includes, managing contractors, building contractor scopes for upcoming outages from recommendations from contractor inspection reports, managing BOM, inventorying material on site, keeping critical long lead material on, keeping all documentation (job packages), forecasting for future work from the outage critiques/follow ups and inspection reports. * Planners have the responsibility to organize, schedule, and manage all critical spare parts rebuilds, both in-house and off site, for their respective area. * Planners also have the responsibility for maintaining all area equipment files, OEM manuals, drawings, copies of all specifications, critical tolerances, repair data, and area SJP’s and PM routes. * The Planner should be constantly working to populate and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each equipment functional location in SAP-PM. * Planners shall collaborate with the area OMC, Maintenance FLL and Maintenance Manager to make staffing and technical decisions critical to the reliable operations of the assets managed assist and support the OMC in keeping the notification backlog updated and manageable. * The Planner is a part of the Maintenance Management team. This position may fill in for Maintenance First Line Leaders or other Maintenance Management positions as needed. The Skills You Will Bring: * Required qualifications include H.S. Diploma or GED * 5+ years experience in industrial environment with demonstrated knowledge in Mechanical maintenance repair methods, tools, materials, and equipment. * Preferred qualifications include 5+ years planning experience in Paper industry or a heavy industrial manufacturing facility, computer scheduling software experience, and familiarity with paper machine repair materials, SAP PM * The successful candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have good communication skills (verbal and written).
