JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are urgently seeking experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisors with a strong industrial background for ongoing projects in the UAE. Candidates must have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in supervising E&I works in industrial facilities, including oil & gas, power plants, or heavy manufacturing environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in industrial projects (preferably within the UAE).
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
• Hands-on experience in managing field teams and site operations.
• Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and industrial safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.

• Supervise the installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure execution of site activities as per approved drawings, method statements, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct inspections and ensure work is compliant with client and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies on site.
• Enforce HSE guidelines and promote a safe working environment.
