About the role: UGL is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to join the team on an ongoing 2:2 Roster. This position will be based in Dongara, WA. Point of hire is Perth, WA. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and Lead: Directly manage and lead a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for Electrical activities, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize project timelines. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines. Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
