VOREST AG stands for modern continuing education in the areas of management systems, compliance, and professional qualification. We develop e-learning programs that convey complex knowledge in an understandable, practical, and motivating way.

To strengthen our e-learning team, we are looking for a full-time e-learning content creator (m/f/d) who combines creativity, technical understanding and the safe handling of modern digital tools.

Your role

In this versatile position, you will develop interactive e-learning content and learning videos and actively contribute to shaping our digital learning offerings.

You will work with classic creative and e-learning tools as well as modern AI applications such as ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools that support you in conception, design, text, media production and idea development.

Your goal: To develop learning content that is technically convincing, visually strong, and popular to use.

Your tasks in detail

Designing Interactive Learning Modules: You will develop interactive learning units, exercises, quizzes, and scenarios using Articulate Storyline and Rise. You will focus on modern design, practical tasks, and gamification elements to make learning varied and motivating.

Produce learning videos & digital media. With Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Illustrator, you'll develop visually appealing learning videos, animations, graphics and other digital media. You'll present complex content in an understandable and creative way.

Actively use AI tools. Artificial intelligence is part of our modern workday. You will use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI applications to develop ideas faster, structure content, optimize texts and concepts, and develop new visual and interactive formats.

We don't expect you to be a master of every AI tool already. What's important to us is that you're curious, try out new possibilities, and integrate AI meaningfully into your workflow.

Help develop new learning formats. You contribute your own ideas and support us in continuously developing our digital learning offerings – from new interactions to modern learning games and AI-supported learning formats.

What you bring

• Studies or training in a creative or digital field, e.g. e-learning, digital media, media informatics or media design
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Premiere and ideally After Effects
• Ideally, you have some experience with Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools.
• Interest in modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications
• A good sense of design and the ability to present complex content in a visually understandable way.
• Technical affinity and enjoyment in trying out new tools and technologies
• structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
• very good German skills

Prior experience in e-learning or digital content production is welcome – but not required. What's much more important to us is that you think creatively, are technically curious, and are eager to develop your skills.
