That’s right! You would work on all sorts of multimedia e-learning content. Videos for training, welcoming, explaining, product demos, compliance and knowledge-sharing content. All the time we are talking about something to do with FOOD!

$70,000.00 -$75,000.00 Salary

What you’ll do:

  • You will design and develop e-learning courses, videos and modules using modern authoring tools and create engaging interactive multimedia elements like animations, videos, simulations, and quizzes.
  • You will develop clear and concise scripts and storyboards and e-learning content.
  • You may be involved with filming, editing, adding graphics and animations, and overlaying audio.
  • You will collaborate with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and Project Managers.
  • You will transform training materials into engaging and accessible multimedia content.
  • Ensure content is accurate, clear, aligned with learning objectives and accessible to all learners, including those with disabilities.
  • You will create content for training modules, welcoming videos, explainer videos, product demos, compliance training as well as knowledge-sharing content.

What you’ll need:

  • At least three years of e-learning content creation experience.
  • Able to combine strong storytelling and visual communication skills with a clear understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and project managers.
  • Proficiency with e-learning software, video editing software, and screen recording tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline).
  • Deep working knowledge of various e-learning software, video editing software, and screen capture software (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, OBS Studio).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to confidently collaborate with SAGE Team Members at all levels with patience and mutual respect.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Education, Instructional Design, or Communications preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to share a portfolio of e-learning projects you have created.
