JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Translate client source material into various online learning outputs ensuring alignment with project objectives and audience needs
• Follow prescribed structures and conventions to maximize audience engagement and retention
• Generate creative ideas to transform complex information into simple, clear and impactful messaging
• Write clear, concise, and well-structured scripts for video content in English
• Develop storyboards and content flow for interactive PowerPoint presentations, ensuring logical progression and strong storytelling. Interactivity will include clickable buttons and UI features, to be designed in PowerPoint
• Work closely with developers, designers, video animators and project managers to ensure smooth content integration into final deliverables
• Proofing and QA checks of final output: grammar, spelling and consistency
• Any other ad-hoc QA required for the project and other related projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (advanced skills)
• Creativity in storytelling, design and idea generation
• Able to simplify and structure complex information into engaging content
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
