JOB SUMMARY
Based within the Scottish Prosecution College (SPC), our team plays a vital role in supporting the professional development of staff across the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS). SPC is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that enhance legal, operational capability across the organisation.
As an E-Learning Developer, you will be a key member of the team. You will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning content using a range of authoring tools and learning platforms to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and accessible. You will also be involved in managing learning projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital learning across the organisation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
You must be an experienced digital content professional with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to create clear, accessible content that meets user needs. You should be confident working in agile, multidisciplinary teams and comfortable using evidence such as user research and analytics to inform content decisions.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, analytical, empathetic, and detail-oriented — someone who can translate complex
information into clear, accessible content. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset will be essential for success in this role.
