Exciting opportunity to support an exciting project a evidence-based wellbeing programme for dental professionals and students Casual hybrid/remote position starting ASAP HEO 6, Step 1, $70.63 per hour plus super About the opportunity The University of Sydney is seeking an experienced E-Learning Digital Content Designer to support the development of a new multidimensional wellbeing programme designed for dental students and professionals across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. This innovative programme will be delivered in both hybrid and fully online formats, combining evidence-based strategies including mindfulness, resilience training, financial literacy, nature-based interventions, and culturally safe practices. The programme aims to support the wellbeing, resilience, and long-term sustainability of the dental workforce. Working closely with academic and project teams, the successful candidate will design engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences and support the development of scalable online learning modules. Please see link to more information on the project itself here: https://www.thempsfoundation.org/our-research/article/an-evidence-based-wellbeing-programme-for-dental-professionals-and-students Your key responsibilities will be to: design and develop engaging digital learning content for online and hybrid delivery translate academic research and wellbeing frameworks into interactive learning modules apply best practices in instructional design, learner engagement, and accessibility. support multimedia content development including video, interactive activities, and downloadable resources. contribute to the iterative improvement of course materials based on evaluation feedback About You experience in educational design work demonstrated ability to develop online course content or digital learning modules excellent written and visual communication skills. experience using Thinkific or similar course platforms (desirable) familiarity with multimedia learning tools and interactive content design experience designing wellbeing, health, or professional education programmes ability to work independently as this role will mostly be remote Sponsorship / work rights for Australia Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
