Stolt-Nielsen’s fast growing team in Manila is looking for an E-Learning Graphic Design Intern. Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels, and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG. Stolt-Nielsen plays an essential part in the global supply chain and every one of our people contributes to our success. What You Will Be Doing As an E-Learning Graphic Design Intern, you will support the Training & Development team by designing engaging and instructional visual content for internal learning programs. Your work will help simplify complex information, enhance digital learning materials, and ensure a consistent visual identity that aligns with Stolt’s brand standards. Through collaboration and creative problem-solving, you will contribute to improving the global employee learning experience, helping the team deliver clear, professional, and impactful training communications. Key Responsibilities Design graphics and presentations that support e-learning and training content Ensure all visuals align with Stolt’s brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Training & Development team to deliver creative solutions. Edit and prepare digital assets (including images, icons, simple animation/video clips). Apply feedback to improve designs and meet project deadlines. Support multimedia content creation when needed. Maintain organized design files and version control. Qualifications Completed (or currently pursuing) studies or a course in Graphic Design or a related field. Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro); ability to create and edit high-quality presentations in PowerPoint; knowledge of Articulate 360 and Synthesia is a plus. Strong collaboration skills; actively incorporate feedback from stakeholders and colleagues to enhance design outcomes. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Confident in following and adapting Stolt’s brand guidelines to create cohesive and effective training material. Proactive and eager to learn new tools and technologies that enhance learning content and user experience. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken, in English. What We Offer We provide internship allowance (Php521.25 per day). Exposure to actual work environment.
