Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Locations: Littleton, MA & Boxboro, MA
Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (Full-Time)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our dynamic team in Littleton and Boxboro. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling complex components and products with precision and care. These roles involve both mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, requiring experience with soldering, testing, and interpreting engineering documentation. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate preferred
  • 1–2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or similar role
  • Proficient in hand soldering and working with SMT components
  • Familiarity with electrical components, motors, wiring, and PCBA rework
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauge pins)
  • Basic computer skills; Google Sheets proficiency preferred (Boxboro role)
  • Machine shop experience (lathe, mill) is a plus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Boxboro role)

HANDS-ON SKILL TEST (BOXBORO APPLICANTS ONLY):

  • Use of multimeter to measure resistance
  • Mechanical inspection using micrometers and gauge pins
  • Programming firmware onto devices
  • ModBus testing
  • Soldering of SMT and through-hole components
Responsibilities
  • Assemble electro-mechanical and prototype components according to specifications and engineering drawings
  • Perform soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components (SMT) on PCBs
  • Wire, crimp, and connect electrical hardware
  • Conduct electrical testing, including firmware programming and ModBus device testing (Boxboro role)
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
  • Inspect and troubleshoot parts and assemblies for quality compliance
  • Support engineers with fixture building, lab maintenance, and root cause analysis (Boxboro role)
  • Document test results and maintain organized records
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
