In this role, you’ll implement e-mail marketing, loyalty programmes, and retention initiatives, focusing on scaling businesses through data-driven automation, segmentation, and omnichannel campaigns. YOUR ROLE

As an E-mail & CRM Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind retention and loyalty strategies for our clients. Your expertise will help shape our approach to customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Be a retention expert: Build and nurture strong client relationships, aligning email marketing and loyalty strategies with client goals to drive measurable growth and long-term customer engagement.
  • Drive loyalty programme initiatives: Create, implement, and optimise loyalty programmes using tools like Yotpo Loyalty, creating strategies that boost customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Nurture client success: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver insights, and offer tailored recommendations for improving retention and loyalty metrics.
  • Optimise email marketing performance: Leverage Klaviyo to create and optimise advanced workflows, automated flows, and segmentation strategies that drive impactful campaigns and meaningful customer interactions.
  • Champion data-driven strategies: Analyse customer data to identify behaviours, motivations, and opportunities for segmentation, ensuring campaigns are personalised and impactful.
  • Shape retention and loyalty efforts: Use your expertise to contribute to our retention and loyalty processes, propose new initiatives, and collaboratively build the foundation for scalable, future-proof retention strategies.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with the Growth team to create cohesive omnichannel strategies that integrate email marketing, loyalty programmes, and paid media efforts.
  • Ensure compliance and quality: Maintain a deep understanding of GDPR and email compliance standards, ensuring all campaigns adhere to best practices and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on expertise, and collaboration, making you an integral part of our retention team.
