Join us and drive innovation in electric vehicle charging across the region as an E-Mobility Business Process Expert Purpose of the position As an E-Mobility Business Process Expert, you’ll be a key player in MOL Plugee’s mission to transform electric vehicle charging across the region. Your role is all about making things work— ensuring smooth operations, building strong international partnerships and standardizing new business processes. You’ll take charge of diverse operational activities, from managing complex systems and developing efficient processes to coordinating with global partners for seamless interoperability. As an E-Mobility Business Process Expert Coordinate and execute daily operations of a new service line of MOL Plugee Collaborate with different vendors and partners to uncover solutions and seize new business opportunities Act as an operational point of contact for international partners to deliver exceptional service Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to deliver flawless service Partner with sales, IT, and technical teams to keep operations running seamlessly Manage key IT systems to set operational attributes and ensure accuracy Monitor relevant transactional and customer data to ensure successful transaction exchange and billing accuracy Track and report relevant business domain related KPIs Design and implement standardized processes to optimize business performance Formulate new business requirements, development requests and manage new projects We are looking for You with A bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in a business/economics/IT related field) At least 2 years of professional experience in business operations / business support / project management / business analysis / business process standardization Fluent English communication skills at negotiation level Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Excellent analytical thinking, proactive and enthusiastic to take on new projects, strong communication and organisational skills, highly organized, proactive work style What We Offer Competitive benefit package including Cafeteria, 13th month’s salary, private health insurance.
