Welcome to Bosch. Job Description Responsible for requirement analysis and mechanical development of E-motor according to customer and Bosch internal requirements. Prepare product specifications (2D/3D) and technical specifications for products. Prepare and follow up DFMEA and validation plan. Responsible for technical review and communication with colleagues and suppliers to ensure parts quality. Technical release of mechanical parts. Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues. Support manufacturing for sample build and quality issues. Qualifications Essential： Master’s degree of above, major in mechanical design or electromechanical engineering. Min. 3 years of relevant mechanical development experience. Proficient in mechanical design, familiar with relevant methods (e.g. DRBFM, FMEA, DFMEA). Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resources. Passion for work, strong independent work ability. Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking (fluent discussion of technical topics possible). Preferred： Experience in new energy vehicle e-Drive development and related standard. Experience in E-Motor development.
