Our Team is looking for a highly skilled financial professional as: E&P Segment Finance Business Partner Job description: Supporting Exploration and Production business and providing financial and strategic support by: Acting as a key point of contact from E&P Segment Finance organization for a dedicated area Participating in MOL Group’s comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual reporting Supporting business planning and forecasting processes Understanding business needs and preparing meaningful analysis for senior management Cooperating with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries Requirements: College or university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Controlling 2-5 years working experience in a relevant field Fluency in business English, confident and clear verbal and written communication skillset Service- and process-oriented mindset, having high standards for getting to know processes in full details Proactivity with a problem solving mindset Adaptability to work either in team or independently Confident use of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint knowledge) Experience with SQL and Power Query is an advantage What we can offer: Competitive compensation package Gross 800.000 HUF amount of cafeteria 13th month salary Private health insurance Be part of a competent, diverse and highly motivated team Professional trainings and career opportunities within MOL Group Free health program and participating in company organized events Other well-being benefits At MOL Group, we know that our strength lies in diversity.
