POSTION SUMMARY: The Warehouse role at E&R Industrial performs warehouse duties and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing – picking, packing, staging, and shipping in accordance to standard operating procedures and safe work practices, as well as general housekeeping to provide a safe and clean work environment. Under the direction, specific duties include: * Valid driver’s license * Use CribMaster software and vending equipment to process on-site deployment of material at the customer * Unload trailers using material handling equipment 1. Including 55 gal drums * Pull orders daily * Check-in and receive material daily * Put-away stock material in appropriate locations daily * Process shipments for delivery via UPS, FedEx, LTL * Comply with DOT regulations regarding the handling and shipping of material * Pack and stage merchandise and complete necessary documents * Deliver material to customer daily * Maintain inventory accuracy using computerized equipment and other inventory maintenance reports * Work independently   PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1 or more years’ experience in related field  * Experience operating power equipment (fork truck, pallet jack, drum hand truck) * Experience operating RF scanner and inventory management software * Experience operating computer based vending equipment  SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Attention to detail and ability to multi-task * Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision * Able to operate powered industrial equipment * Able to operate computerized warehouse management equipment * Able to lift 75 lbs. * Able to handle 55 gal drums with material handling equipment * Able to drive delivery van and box truck (no CDL required) WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Work conditions are typical of a typical Distribution Center * Ability to lift 25 to 75 lbs. and/or occasionally work in difficult positions 1.
