REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outdoor or field sales in the UAE (experience in recycling, waste management, or related industries is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to generate new leads.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and e-waste management practices is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing e-recycling business in the UAE. The role will focus on outdoor sales, developing strong client relationships, and promoting sustainable recycling solutions to businesses and organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries for e-waste recycling services.
  • Conduct outdoor sales visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and SMEs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the operations team.
  • Stay updated on UAE environmental regulations and e-waste compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client communications.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
