Overview Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) is seeking an experienced individual to perform reconciliation analysis of escrow and trust accounts containing settlement funds maintained by title agencies, attorneys and law firms appointed as agents of the FNF Family of title insurance underwriters. The candidate will be a member of Florida Agency operations and its Quality Assurance (FAQA) team based in Maitland, Florida. Local candidates are desired and will have a remote work schedule upon completion of training. Duties •Learn FNF Agency and American Land Title Association Escrow Trust Accounting Controls•Learn industry related software applications used by FNF agents to prepare reconciliations•Analyze account reconciliations prepared by FNF agents for validity and activity that pose a risk•Maintain account and reconciliation analysis information in FNF Agency applications•Communicate reconciliation exceptions to agents and FNF Sales management•Provide preventative and corrective measures to agents for exceptions detected in the reconciliations•Enhance agency relationships with continuous feedback to agent owners and their personnel•Provide administrative support to FAQA management and colleagues Education •High School diploma or equivalent required•College degree(s) specializing in business, accounting or finance preferred Experience •Previous experience in title insurance agency or law office specializing in real estate settlements•Previous bookkeeping experience with real estate settlement software, Quicken and Quickbooks Additional Information Requirements:•Two years of bookkeeping and bank account reconciliation experience•Excellent math, analytical and problem-solving skills•Great computer, data entry, typing and 10 key skills•Strong organizational skills to process high volume and maintain deadlines•Ability to work well both independently and in a team-based environment•Proficient communication and customer service skills•A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications•Keen attention to detail
