About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the E-Rostering Team. Under general direction, the eRostering Support Officer provides system administrative and technical support for the ProAct Master and Medical rostering systems, improving usability and user experience. It contributes significantly to the effective provision of rostering support services across Canberra Health Services (CHS) by liaising with internal and external stakeholders and monitoring and reviewing change processes to ensure rostering practice aligns with Enterprise Agreements and operational requirements. The successful applicant will need to have strong organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems and procedures. They need to foster teamwork through a collaborative working style, can prioritise and deliver on time-sensitive payroll tasks, establishes and sustains productive relationships with key stakeholders, and can work independently with minimal supervision while making meaningful contributions to the team.
