About BYD France BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects. Key Responsibility -Manage customers coming through inbound channels (phone/WhatsApp) and through outbound activities. -Warm up potential customers by emphasizing BYD brand and model USPs, then direct them to the appropriate dealers. -Follow up with hot leads forwarded to dealers to confirm sales conversion and/or support the closing process. -Act as a BYD NEV brand ambassador. -Report customer feedback regarding products and promotions to the marketing and sales teams, proactively suggesting marketing and commercial actions to boost sales. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in sales, marketing, or customer relations. -Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or digital sales, preferably within the automotive or consumer industry. -Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust and guide customers through the online purchase journey. -Fluent in English and French (both mandatory); -High level of proactiveness, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
