E-Transport Specialist with English

This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.

What we’re looking for:

• Communication skills (both written and oral);
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in logistic, transport or similar activities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Advanced level of English (good level of French will be considered an advantage);
• Organizational and planning skills;
• Attention to details and focus on results.

The E-Transport Specialist will:

• Collect data and check accuracy.
• Fill in the information in the SPV (Virtual Private Space) platform or in the Power Apps Interface.
• UIT code generation (UNIQUE TRANSPORT IDENTIFICATION CODE generated by SPV)
• Communicate/Transmit the ITU code to warehouse and/or transport companies.
• Update the information in the SPV platform/Power Aps Interface if needed.
• Monitor the process at truck/container/transport level and taking corrective actions if needed.
• Comply with organizational and operational rules set by the department.
• Assure the quality of the execution and the support offered in accordance with the tasks outlined.
• Provide support where and when needed for the actors involved in the process.
