E-Transport Specialist with English
Michelin is hiring!
This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.
What we’re looking for:
- Communication skills (both written and oral);
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in logistic, transport or similar activities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Advanced level of English (good level of French will be considered an advantage);
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Attention to details and focus on results.
The E-Transport Specialist will:
- Collect data and check accuracy.
- Fill in the information in the SPV (Virtual Private Space) platform or in the Power Apps Interface.
- UIT code generation (UNIQUE TRANSPORT IDENTIFICATION CODE generated by SPV)
- Communicate/Transmit the ITU code to warehouse and/or transport companies.
- Update the information in the SPV platform/Power Aps Interface if needed.
- Monitor the process at truck/container/transport level and taking corrective actions if needed.
- Comply with organizational and operational rules set by the department.
- Assure the quality of the execution and the support offered in accordance with the tasks outlined.
- Provide support where and when needed for the actors involved in the process.
